If you haven't check carefully before you install the wafer electric butterfly valve valve usage and performance specification so the wafer electric butterfly valve are likely to have the following several kinds of common failures: valve cannot reversing or reversing slow, gas leak, such as electromagnetic pilot valve has some problem.
(1) the clamping electric butterfly valve can not be replaced or commuted slowly, which is usually caused by poor lubrication, sticking or damage of the spring, oil or impurities sticking and sliding part. It is necessary to check whether the work of the oil mist is normal. Is the viscosity of the lubricating oil suitable? When necessary, replace the lubricating oil, clean the sliding part of the clamping electric butterfly valve, or replace the spring and the clamping electric butterfly valve.
(2) the wafer electric butterfly valve is seen after long time use the sealing ring wear, the valve stem and valve core seat damage phenomenon, lead to gas leakage in the valve, valve slow or can't normal commutation failure, etc. At this point, the sealing ring, stem and seat should be replaced, or the clamping electric butterfly valve should be replaced.
(3) if the inlet and outlet of the electromagnetic pilot valve are clogged with debris, such as oil sludge, the sealing is not strict, the activity iron core is jammed, the circuit has failure, etc., all of which can lead to the abnormal reversal of the clamping electric butterfly valve. The first three conditions should be cleaned the pilot valve and the oil sludge and impurities on the core. In general, circuit faults are divided into two types: control circuit fault and electromagnetic coil fault.
Before checking circuit fault, should be the wafer electric butterfly valve manual knob turning a few times, see the wafer electric butterfly valve under the rated pressure whether can normal commutation, if can normal commutation, circuit is defective. Check, instrument measuring electromagnetic coil voltage are available, and see if the rated voltage, if the voltage is too low, should further check the control circuit of the power supply circuit and associated travel switch.
If the clamping electric butterfly valve cannot be changed normally at the rated voltage, it should check whether the connection (plug) of the electromagnetic coil is loose or not in contact. The method is to unplug the plug and measure the resistance of the coil. If the resistance is too large or too small, the electromagnetic coil is damaged and should be replaced.
Newly purchased the wafer electric butterfly valve when unpacking the case should be timely installation, debugging good before delivery valve manufacturer will usually put valve, do not casually on loose valves accessories, if be sure to check the need to contact the manufacturer first.
